Set in the manche region of Normandy, this pretty gîte is located in the tiny hamlet of Le Mesnage d'Airou and is surrounded by lush, rolling green countryside and the occasional inquisitive "Normande" cow!  This is an ideal location for a relaxed, peaceful holiday, with a secluded outdoor area for outside living and long summer nights spent star-gazing.  The quiet lanes nearby are perfect for cycling and the nearest village of Cerences, only 1.5km away, provides all the shopping facilities you need, such as a small supermarket, two boulangeries and a patisserie.

The Gîte is a great base from which to visit some of the famous attractions in Normandy and Brittany, such as the Bayeux Tapestry, the WWII Normandy Landing beaches and of course Mont St Michel. For the more adventurous, there is the impressive and picturesque Souleuvre Viaduct for bungee jumping and other adventurous activities.  In addition to this there are some fine sandy beaches, only a short drive away and many delightful villages and towns within easy driving distance where regular markets are held, for a taste of Normandy living!
